Beyond the dealership, I wear many hats in life. As a husband of 35 years, I've learned the importance of commitment, teamwork, and communication – qualities that I carry with me into the professional realm. My journey as a father has further reinforced the value of nurturing and mentoring, instilling in me the belief that leadership extends far beyond the workplace.

I am also proud to have served in the US Army as a 35 "Foxtrot," an experience that taught me discipline, resilience, and the art of effective strategy. These military values continue to drive my approach to leadership, where adaptability and determination are paramount.

For me, the greatest reward of holding a leadership position within the car business is the ability to effectively change the lives of those in our care.
